Yes, if you put beast on top then you are guaranteed to get an smg but what goes in the left rune slot will determine what kind it is but Beast on top might just equal Calus Mini Tool. I got mine on a B+B combonation. I got it from 2 beast lol. Beast seems to be the optimal factor I'll test with more combos.
