Not sure if it's due to the hurricane, the season, or time of day but it was pretty empty. I came to this flea market years ago and it was packed. It seems like there's only half the vendors, or they were closed. I was there on a Friday in the early afternoon and barely anyone there. Fleamasters has tons of parking; Ortiz does not and can get pretty crazy during the peak hours (near lunch). Fleamasters opens at 9 am; Ortiz opens much earlier (which we like because we're early risers)--I think they open at 7 or 8 am. The best bargains at Fleamasters are those dollar store types of places.

The Main Building has color coded aisles but, honestly, it all be came of blur of shops and humanity, as we walked through. Pretty amazing and neat to find so much in one place.
